Let’s Play – A Workshop in Creative Sharing Through Theatre facilitated by A.Mangai

We explore expressing ourselves through body, breath and images - all of which play an important role in the journey of awakening. Letting go and exploring what and how the body expresses itself and relates to the other bodies present (in this case virtually) can start us on a journey of touching our inner selves. And what better way than to do it through games, group work and sharing? Come, to bring out the child in us and know it is possible. A series of movements, improvisations and sharing would be our playground.
