Silent Virtual Meditation Practice

Sisters in Spirit is excited to offer a silent virtual space for your formal meditation practice! You are welcome to do your own individual practice while being supported by the energy of a sangha/community.


20 min sessions are held twice a day, Monday-Friday.


NOTE:

*Ideally, it is very important to receive meditation practice instructions from an authentic lineage teacher (of any tradition you have faith or conviction in). If you are new to meditation and would like to still join us, we strongly recommend you to download the free app, Healthy Minds Program App (apple or android) developed by The Center for Healthy Minds, University of Wisconsin-Madison under the guidance of Prof. Richard Davidson & in consultation with authentic lineage teachers. We have personally checked this app and confidently recommend it for both - beginners & seasoned practitioners - for step-by-step progress. Please use the guided meditations in this app as support during your practice, following the modules sequentially.

**Sessions are held on Zoom, AUDIO MUST BE MUTED at all times, video ON/Off is optional.

***We are holding the space on dana (donation) basis. Your contribution helps us cover our basic operational costs & to share genuine Dharma teachings with even more people.

****This space is exclusively open to folks who identify as women/female.
